I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy  (BACP) and adhere to their ethical policy.

I work with both young people and adults on a one-to-one basis. As well as my private practice, since 2010 I have also been employed as a duty counsellor at a local sixth form college, working with students aged between 16 and 19 years of age. I have previously worked as a counsellor at a charity in Berkshire and from 2008 to 2011, at a large company in Farnborough within the Occupational Health Department counselling employees.

In 2015 my role at the sixth form was expanded to include my work as a counselling supervisor, supporting both trainee and qualified counsellors.
